Can I try everything before paying?
Yes. The free plan includes all core features: live share links, PDF export, scheduling, crew management, and analytics. You only need Pro when you outgrow 5 projects or 25 crew members.
What happens if I hit the free plan limits?
You can keep using all your existing projects. You just won't be able to create new ones until you upgrade or delete an existing project to free up a slot.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, no contracts, no cancellation fees. Cancel from your account settings and you'll keep access until the end of your billing period. Your data is never deleted.
How does the Teams plan work?
Your team gets a shared workspace with its own projects, crew, and settings. Invite up to 5 members. Each member keeps their personal workspace too. The team owner manages billing.
Is my data secure?
Your data is hosted in the EU, encrypted in transit with SSL, and protected with row-level security. Every query is scoped to your account. We don't use tracking pixels or sell data.
Do you offer annual billing?
Not yet, but it's coming. When we introduce annual plans, you'll get 2 months free.
