Holy Callsheet is a callsheet platform for film and video producers, offering project management, crew scheduling, share links, and PDF export. It is operated by a sole proprietorship (eenmanszaak) registered in the Netherlands under KVK number 80736246 and VAT number NL003480764B26, at Willem Runderkampstraat 6, 1132HX Volendam, Nederland.
By creating an account or using any part of Holy Callsheet, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use Holy Callsheet. By using the service, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Use a real, accessible email address, we use it for account recovery and important service communications. You may hold one personal account and, on a Teams subscription, one team workspace per subscription.
Do not share your login credentials with others. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact us immediately at support@holycallsheet.com.

Holy Callsheet offers Free, Pro, and Teams plans. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically via Stripe until cancelled. Prices are listed on the pricing pageand are subject to change with at least 30 days’ notice to existing subscribers. EU VAT is applied where applicable under Dutch and EU tax law.
14-day money-back guarantee applies to your first paid subscription. If you are not satisfied within 14 days of the first charge, email support@holycallsheet.com with your account email and we will refund the full amount. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
After the 14-day window: you may cancel at any time from your account settings. On cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current paid billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time after the 14-day period.

You retain full ownership of the callsheet data, crew records, and any other content you create in Holy Callsheet. By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to store and process that content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
We will never use your content for marketing purposes, AI training, or any purpose outside the direct operation of Holy Callsheet.
We aim for high availability but do not offer a formal SLA on Free or Pro plans. Planned maintenance windows will be announced where possible. A public status page is planned for a future release.
You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, with notice given where reasonably possible. On account deletion, your data is removed in accordance with our privacy policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of Holy Callsheet is capped at the total fees you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will notify registered users by email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of Holy Callsheet after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
