14-day money-back guarantee

If you’re not satisfied with Holy Callsheet within 14 days of your first paid charge, we’ll refund you in full, no questions asked.

This guarantee applies to your first paid subscription only. To request a refund, email support@holycallsheet.com with your account email within 14 days of the charge. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.

After 14 days

After the 14-day window, you can cancel at any time from your account settings at /account. On cancellation:

  • You keep full access to all paid features until the end of your current billing period.
  • Your subscription will not renew after that date.
  • We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time remaining in the billing period.

Auto-renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis using the payment method stored in Stripe. You will receive a receipt by email after each charge. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancel before your renewal date.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, we will retry once automatically. If the retry also fails, your account will be moved to the Free tier. Your data is preserved, you just lose access to paid features until a successful payment is made or you re-subscribe.

EU consumer right of withdrawal

Under EU consumer law, you ordinarily have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the moment of purchase. By completing your subscription and using Holy Callsheet immediately, you consent to the start of service before the cooling-off period ends, which would normally waive this right. However, our money-back guarantee provides you with the same 14-day window in practice, so your consumer rights are fully respected.
